Before we left, we got these cupcakes from the Halloween dinner at the local community center. "Cake!" Lk yelled as soon as he saw them. It probably goes without saying...they love cake!

On the drive to our first neighbors. We left the house at 6pm, and had to high-tail it to one of our neighbor's houses first because she was going to Mass.

Next we went to B&T's house. We were invited in and my guys wreaked a little havok...Lm loves new places so that he can discover and get into so many new things. He dipped both his hands in their dog's water bucket and got himself soaked, then he tripped and hit his head on her stove....but otherwise the evening went well.

Rear view...

Then she wanted to show the boys her chicken house...how appropriate since they were chickens. Lm stormed in there like a bulldozer and sent the hens flying so fast that there was a thick cloud of dust for a couple of minutes. Here she is with Lm. "He's a slippery one," she said. So very true!

A chicken and an egg...

This afternoon I took Mom to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert. It was truly amazing and the lighting was breathtaking. Mom and I used to go to a lot of concerts, musicals and theater productions B.C. (before children). Since the twins were born, we've only been to two counting today. Today was wonderful!
I'm off in the morning. To say the least I am dreading this trip about as much as one would a major surgery. God help me! So I'll see y'all when I get back (that is, unless you see me on the news before that... :)
