My Lky wants to be a big boy already (sniff, sniff)

Lky really loves to imitate people. He's at that stage where he wants to talk, or at least thinks he can. He babbles in the car a lot on the way home and also will just stand there in the middle of a room and say stuff like "Wawa yama boy lala rowow iyiy," and acts all earnest, even expressing himself with gestures--you'd think he was really trying to say something profound, and maybe he is but we just can't make it out.

He also likes to open a book or the newspaper and start reading, often silently, his eyes darting over the page like I do when I read to him or when Grandpa reads the paper. Here he's reading the paper with Grandpa.

Here he surprised me and Grandma by climbing up on the chair by himself and proceeding to read the newspaper.

Once he sees me with the camera, he grins.

His shirt says "I do all my own stunts". The twins have another one in the same style that says "Troublemaker" with skulls and crossbones all over it. Very apropos for my boys who are getting into everything now!
